Aromatherapy Massage

A massage with the use of essential oils chosen for your individual needs.
 
The oils are extracted and distilled from the roots, stalks, leaves, flowers and fruits of the plant and contain very powerful healing properties.  These oils will help stabilise the bodies own system and help correct imbalances whether it be physical or emotional.
 
A treatment consists of a full body massage of the back, legs, head, chest, arms and abdomen lasting one hour.  Half hour back massages including the neck and head are also available.
 
The massage will help release muscular tension, stimulate the lymph flow and the blood circulation and encourage elimination of toxic waste from the body.  Together with the application of oils, the treatment will bring about a feeling of wholeness and wellbeing.  You will be either relaxed or energised according to your needs.
